Épisode 19 : Restaurant part 1

Une bonne tirade sur ces cons d'Australiens, en anglais, sans édit. Conversation avec Karen, mais surtout un exutoire pour moi, après une rude demie journée de boulot. Pas de musique.

Dolores :: Today is my birthday and yesterday we had a family barbeque to celebrate. Aurélien, who has been living with my family for the past 3 months decided that he would rather sit for 4 or 5 hours alone in a park than celebrate with us and left without a word. This is fine but the reason he gives for doing so - I thought she would be happy because she hates me! - is childish bordering on paranoia or vice versa.

My daughter "met" Aurélien in a chatroom last Jan /Feb. At short notice, having lost his job, he decided to come to Australia supposedly for 3 weeks holiday (he actually got a 1 year working visa!). I was delighted for him to stay with us after all he is a friend of Karen. From the beginning he did nothing to blend in with our family and now he whines that nobody likes him poor soul.

Well let me set the record straight. I have nothing against Aurélien except perhaps for the following:

He ignores people - he walks through the back door through the house and out the front door without a word (hello would be nice...)

He chooses to talk about my family on the internet. This is especially annoying when it is untrue. Aurélien, Yvonne's husband didn't leave her, she left him, and I don't think watching American TV is that different to sitting in a darkened room until the afternoon blogging on the internet or downloading, could that be, American TV shows???

Daniel is an extremely well behaved, well adjusted child.

I will finish this comment with some advice - if you don't like living at our house then go and live somewhere else....; 03 octobre, 2005 06:46
